We are continuously optimizing and upgrading our products, which may involve small differences between different batches such as stickers, colorway, and the appearance of individual accessories. This does not affect the performance and use of the product, and cannot be used as a reason for rejection. Please understand.

  • To protect your rights, please carefully check whether the outer packaging is intact before signing , inspect the goods first, and then sign for delivery. If there is any damage, deformation, or impact marks on the packaging, it is necessary to refuse the package directly, take photos to leave evidence, and contact  our online customer service to inform the specific situation.

  • Once all electric bikes are sent out, they cannot be intercepted midway. If you want to give up the product, you can only refuse to sign it when it is delivered . Refusal to sign will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as packaging loss (specific shipping and packaging costs are subject to actual situations). Please contact customer service before returning the item.

  • The electric bike is a large item. We have chosen a professional express company to deliver it. Professional thickened packaging is adopted, and strict protection measures are taken for key parts. However, due to the inevitable scratch of paint during long-distance transportation, the scratch of paint is not the reason for the return or replacement of the bike quality problem. It can be covered with stickers, nail polish or paint repair pens, which will not affect the use of the bike. Please understand.

  • When the electric bike is shipped, 90% of it has been assembled, and the remaining 10% needs to be installed by the customer according to our assembling video. The bike comes with installation tools and instructions, or you can consult your dedicated after-sales specialist for one-on-one guidance on installation. Our bike has been debugged before shipment, but due to long-distance transportation, accessories such as the transmission and disc brake may need to be debugged again. If there are any problems during the installation and debugging process, you can contact our online customer service. Poor installation and debugging should not be used as a reason for quality issues and rejection.

  • Installation attentions:

    1. Please install correctly according to the steps in the documentation.

    2. When cutting ties, be careful not to scratch the bike paint surface.

  • If the return and exchange is caused by quality issues, all costs will be borne by us.  If the customers want to return or exchange the goods is not due to quality issues, they need to bear the shipping and return costs, as well as packaging loss (specific shipping and packaging costs are subject to actual conditions). If the returned product is found to be damaged during quality inspection, corresponding depreciation costs shall be borne by customer. Minor scratches caused by transportation and tire dirt caused by test riding are not included in this list . please make sure to contact customer service before returning the bike.

  • It is recommended to keep the packaging such as cardboard boxes. If you need to return the item, please restore it to its original packaging. If the return is due to packaging issues, the cost of collision, scratches, or damage to the parts caused by the frame must be borne by the returning party.

  • Each bike has strict quality control, but due to batch shipping and uncontrollable transportation processes, there may be a very small chance of poor debugging of individual parts. Our after-sales service will provide debugging guidance or after-sales service as soon as possible for individual component problems. The problems with individual parts will not be used as reasons for returning the full bike.

  • Before returning the goods, please contact online customer service first, inform them the return tracking number and the name of the courier company, and provide photos of the packaged product. The specific courier fee should be confirmed before sending out the goods.

  • We do not accept freight collect delivery, and all freight collect delivery packages will be rejected.
